Its compact dimensions and light weight (3 kg) make it portable, while retaining the analytical capabilities of a laboratory instrument. What's more, the J505 can store up to 10,000 test results, with information on date, time and sampling locations, essential for efficient data management.

The J505's relatively low sampling rate of 1 L/min reduces sample dilution and improves detection efficiency. It offers three modes of operation: standard mode, fast mode and search mode, with response times ranging from 8 to 28 seconds, depending on the mode chosen.
