Product Overview

The SonicView X is a fixed acoustic imaging system designed for the detection and continuous monitoring of gas leaks in sensitive industrial installations.

Based on acoustic imaging technology, it detects ultrasonic emissions generated by pressurized gas leaks, allowing operators to instantly locate and visualize leaks remotely.

Unlike conventional gas detectors based on gas concentration measurement, SonicView X does not require calibration gas or gas-specific recalibration, simplifying operation while improving detection reliability.

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the SonicView X features a robust construction with an IP65 protection rating, ensuring high resistance to dust, humidity, and harsh outdoor conditions.

Its fixed installation allows automated and continuous monitoring of industrial infrastructures, even in hard-to-access areas.

Thanks to its compact design and lightweight structure of approximately 1.5 kg, the system can be easily installed on various industrial infrastructures.

A secure web interface allows operators to configure monitoring zones, alarm thresholds, and analysis parameters directly from the industrial network.

Visibility and Advanced Detection

The SonicView X combines:

• an ultrasonic microphone array

• an integrated optical camera

When a pressurized gas leak occurs:

• ultrasonic emissions are captured by the microphones

• the leak source is accurately located

• acoustic information is overlaid on the video image

The system can also instantly estimate the leak flow rate and analyze several parameters:

• exact leak location

• acoustic intensity

• event duration

• estimated leak flow rate

These data enable the generation of intelligent alerts based on the severity and location of the event.
