ATEX and IECEx Zone 0, 1 & 2 certified, the IS-DL105 intrinsically safe light and sound combination has a 105 dB(A) siren combined with a high intensity LED matrix. It must be used with a Zener barrier or galvanic isolation in the ATEX zone.
With its excellent value for money, the light and sound ATEX alarm offers a choice of 49 tones, 3 of which can be remotely controlled, ideal for scaling gas or fire alarm levels in the industry. Zener barriers are simple devices consisting of a combination of Zener diodes, resistors and fuses that limit the voltage, current and power of connected devices in hazardous areas (ATEX).
