The X-plore 1900 dust mask is a single-use, high-performance mask designed to protect against particles, bacteria and virus. Easy to use, comfortable and perfectly waterproof, this high-end mask is available in two sizes (S and M/L) to potentially adapt to all faces.

The CoolSAFE filter material provides effective protection against fine dust and solid & liquid aerosols. It combines excellent filtration and low breathing resistance.

Thanks to its VarioFLEX straps, the X-plore 1900 mask is easy to position. Simply unfold the mask, place it on the face, position the straps and adjust the nose clip using the visual cue. Foldable, it takes up little space. For hygiene and efficient protection against contamination, each single-use mask is individually wrapped.

The CoolMAX exhalation valve design further reduces breathing resistance, while preventing heat and moisture build-up inside the mask. This provides additional comfort to the user and further facilitates breathing, especially during strenuous physical activities.

The specific design of the X-plore 1900 with patented double reinforcement increases breathing space and strengthens the mask body. The exhaled air is exhausted at the bottom, which decreases the temperature felt inside the mask.

Dust mask efficiency classes (Standard EN149)

FFP1 (limit value multiple*: 4)

Against solid and liquid particles (concrete dust and fibers) but not against carcinogenic and radioactive materials, biological substances in suspension in the air for risk groups 2 and 3 and enzymes.

FFP2 (limit value multiple*: 10)

Against solid and liquid particles (rock dust, wood dust, synthetic dust) but not against radioactive materials, biological substances in suspension in the air for risk group 3 and enzymes.

FFP3 (limit value multiple*: 30)

This is the highest level of protection (stops 98% of particles at least), the FFP3 dust mask is recommended against very fine particles such as asbestos (level 1), ceramic fibers, viruses (avian flu, H1N1 flu, coronavirus, etc.) and bacteria. It is popular for all work generating very fine particles (asbestos removal, medical waste, metallurgical fumes, etc.). This is the most effective protection class and therefore to be preferred!
