Poison-resistant Ex SR sensor
The next-generation Ex sensor is highly robust, resistant to shocks as well as silicone and hydrogen sulfide poisoning. Additionally, it can be calibrated in just a few seconds, offers exceptional shock resistance, and boasts a lifespan of over 4 years.
Long-life electrochemical sensors
Equipped with long-lasting XXS sensors, it ensures reliable measurements of O₂, CO, H₂S, NO₂, or SO₂ gases. These sensors provide low energy consumption and high durability.
Ergonomic and robust
Compact and lightweight, the X-am 2800 is designed for optimal comfort. It is easy to carry and operate—even with gloves—thanks to its large buttons. Its clear display shows essential information such as gas readings, alarms, and the time. The green D-light LED indicates that the device is ready for use.
Maximum safety
Approved for use in Ex Zone 0, the X-am 2800 delivers maximum safety in hazardous environments. It complies with IP68 standards and features four alarm thresholds for oxygen, including pre-alarms and main alarms. In addition to the manual emergency alarm, the optional motionless alarm provides complete personal protection.
Advances connectivity
The X-am 2800 features Bluetooth 5.0 for real-time data transfer to a smartphone, the ConHub gateway, or the cloud via the X-dock station. These data are accessible from any browser through the Dräger Gas Detection Connect software.
Data management and analysis
It simplifies fleet management with the Dräger Gas Detection Connect software. It allows real-time data transfer via Bluetooth to a smartphone, ConHub, or the cloud through X-dock. The X-dock station enables fast testing with low gas consumption, automatic firmware updates, and an optional RFID transponder. Components are easy to replace, and the detector comes with a 4-year warranty. It remains compatible with accessories from previous ranges.
