Silane - SiH4 calibration gas cylinder CAS 7803-62-5 for bump testing, calibrating and periodically checking SiH4 Silane gas detectors. These disposable calibration gas cylinders come with an analysis certificate and expiration date.
SIH4 - Silane - mixture in the air gravimetrically mixed according to the principles of the ISO6142 standard. These cylinders ensure accuracy, maximal shelf life and optimal stability.
